Shipping policy
Deliveries take place from 9am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
We offer three options for deliveries per day from Monday to Friday:
- Morning deliveries- between 9am - 12noon
- Afternoon deliveries- between 1pm - 4:30pm, and
- Anytime deliveries- between 9am - 4:30pm.
To secure a morning delivery spot your order must be in before 7am the day of. This allows us time to design your order and have it ready for our driver to leave the store on the first run.
Deliveries can be left at the front door/in a safe place upon request of the sender. It is at our driver’s discretion should an area be deemed safe to leave a delivery. A safe area would be out of direct sunlight and view from the street. A phone call is made to the recipient or sender to notify them that a delivery has been made and left in a safe place.
If our driver deems it unsafe to leave a delivery, is not able to access the property, the recipient is not home or due to dogs on premises, a calling card will be left in the mailbox with instructions to collect from our store. Our driver does not know that the dog is friendly and "won't bite" so if it is barking at the gate we won't be testing to find out. Please understand that the safety of our staff is our priority at all times.
A redelivery fee will apply if the sender wishes to attempt a second delivery. In the circumstance of an incorrect address, a redelivery fee will apply.
Same day deliveries apply to orders placed by 1pm. We do not deliver on Saturdays.
In store pick up
Orders are able to be collected from the store. Select the pick up option at checkout.
