Flowers are a perishable product and the lifespan of flowers can vary based on the variety, season, environment, temperature and general care and maintenance. Flower availability is dependent on seasons and supplier availability. As a result, not all items that are produced will be exactly as they are pictured on townsvilleflowermarket.com.au. By accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be material differences between images and produced goods.

Due to these factors, no returns can be made on fresh flower products. 

No returns can be made on food or body products once packaging has been opened. 

No returns can be made on damaged products once they have left the premises.
